Description

The Structure of the Continuous Roasting Machine:

The gas peanut roaster machine is composed of a chain plate conveying structure, a heating device, a thermal circulation device and a cooling device.

The motor drives the chain to drive the peanut material flattened on the mesh belt forward. The roasting part exchanges heat energy with the material through the hot air passing through the material layer to achieve high-quality roasting of peanuts; the cooling part passes through the material layer and the material through the cold air. Heat energy exchange to achieve rapid cooling of roasted peanuts.

Repair and Maintenance

1. Before starting the roasting machine, check whether the electronic control system is normal; whether the bolts of the rotating part are loose; whether the thermocouple pointer or the digital display meter is flexible, and the temperature rises when it is in good condition (open).
2. Bearings at both ends of the reducer and shaft should be checked and injected with gear oil and grease on time to prevent damage due to lack of oil.
